Direct Debit is an easy way to pay your bills on time. Use the Direct Debit Authority to set up your direct debit payment or to update your payment details.
You can also add or update your direct debit details by calling us on 1300 131 877

If payment is not received via any other method by the due date, any remaining balance will be deducted from the nominated account. Please allow 3 business days before the due date to avoid paying twice.

Pay your Plan Energy bill by using your bank or financial institution’s BPAY function. The BPAY biller code and reference number can be found at the bottom of your bill.

If you have more than one address receiving a Plan Energy bill, the biller code and reference number may differ. Please ensure you have the correct biller code and reference number for each one. For further information see www.bpay.com.au
